Refund & Return Policy
At Zhong Cheng Packaging, most products are custom-made according to the customer’s specifications, including dimensions, material, structure, printing, finishing, quantity, and other requirements.
Because of the customized nature of our products, orders that have entered production are generally not eligible for return, cancellation, or refund due to change of mind.
Before Production
If you wish to cancel or amend an order before production has started, please contact us as soon as possible.
Any refund or cancellation will be subject to the production status of the order and any costs already incurred, including but not limited to:
- artwork preparation
- sampling
- material purchasing
- tooling
- printing plates
- moulds or dies
- freight or other third-party charges
After Production Has Started
Once production has started, the order normally cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Custom Products
Products manufactured according to approved specifications, dimensions, artwork, colours, materials, quantities, or other customer requirements are considered custom products and are not returnable unless there is a verified manufacturing defect or the goods materially differ from the agreed specification.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Goods
If you believe the goods received are damaged, defective, or materially different from the approved specifications, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please provide:
- order or quotation reference
- photographs or videos showing the issue
- quantity affected
- packaging condition upon arrival
- description of the problem
We will review the claim and may request additional information.
Where a claim is verified, the appropriate remedy may include replacement, partial replacement, credit, partial refund, or another mutually agreed solution depending on the circumstances.
Colour and Production Tolerances
Printing colours may vary slightly between digital displays, proofs, samples, and final production.
Reasonable manufacturing tolerances may also apply to dimensions, colour, material, printing position, quantity, and finishing.
Such normal production tolerances are not considered defects.
Shipping Damage
If goods appear damaged during transportation, please photograph the outer packaging and products before discarding any packaging materials.
Claims relating to shipping damage should be reported to us as soon as possible.
